義理の両親を連れ、4人旅をしたのですが、８０歳という高齢の義理の父が旅疲れをしており、３時のチェックインより３０分だけ早く部屋に入り休みたいことを伝えると、３時からしか無理という答え。対応してくれたのは中国人の女性でしたが、早く入りたいなら入会費を払ってメンバーになれば部屋に入れるとの回答。結局、義理の父にはロビーの椅子で３０分待ってもらいました。３時になってもカギを持ってきてくれるというおもてなしも無く、自分からカウンターに行きカギをもらいました。お部屋の掃除が終わっていないならまだしも、部屋はできているのにたったの３０分の融通が利かなかったのは残念で仕方なかったです。 さらに表示

朝食はどこも同じメニューで出来合いものが多いですが、手作り感満載で美味しかったです。出かける時も賄いのスタッフの方達まで、行ってらっしゃいとあいさつをしていただきびっくりしました。接遇がとても良かったです。 金沢駅までの送迎バスがあるのは、とてもありがたいです。また利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

It's right on the main street in Korinbo so it's very convenient to visit Kenroku-en and Kanazawa Castle Park, JR station by bus shortly. Breakfast was available until 9:30am with limited variety but taste good. さらに表示

Near from shopping malls, bus stop, convenience store and restaurants, free breakfast, great facilities, free shuttle from/to kanazawa station, and even a free face mask. But the check in time was 4 PM not 4 AM, so please revise the hotel information. In general, it was a great stay. さらに表示

The first thing I love about this hotel is the FREE bus from Kanazawa station (west exit) to the hotel and from the hotel back to station. Just need to pay attention on the bus schedule. This is a typical business hotel, which I found lots of japanese single travellers with suits on. The staffs really try their best to communicate in English though it was hard for them. I even asked them to help me make a reservation for myoryuji/ninjadera. Lockers, vending machines, computers and free flow water available downstairs. Therefore I can save some for drinking waters' spending. Free WiFi in every room. Free japanese style breakfast in the morning with quite a varieties. Bus stop is just a 1min walk outside the hotel (you can take the Kanazawa loop bus to every tourist sport from there). 650m walk to kenrokuen and Kanazawa castle. Some high fashion shop just nearby. Near to Restaurant, Lawson, Circle k and many more. Just right in the middle of the city and very accessible. さらに表示

We stayed 3 nights. On arrival we found that we had been allocated a double bed smoking room. We had asked for a non-smoking one. After a while a non-smoking twin bed room was found which we were happy to accept. The rest of our stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant. It was so nice to find we had a separate toilet and a Japanese style bathroom, as well as all the little extra in-room facilities like a bedside torch, trouser-press, magnifying mirror, washing line and shoehorn, that made the traveller's life easier. The complimentary breakfast was good and the free coffee, tea and iced water available 24/7 even better. In our opinion, this hotel deserves more than a 2 star rating. さらに表示

The hotel is located near Korinbo, Katamachi and all the other sights are walkable including Omicho market. It is new and extremely clean. The rooms are small but to be expected in Japan. Staff were helpful, breakfast was plentiful and overall I would definitely stay again. さらに表示

The hotel is located in downtown of Kanazawa which is closed to many shopping centers and local restaurants. Only ten minutes walk from here to Kenrokuen park. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and the hotel also provided free shuttle bus to send to Kanazawa JR Train station. The room is clean and quite big comparing to other business hotels in Japan. Has free wifi and breakfast provided which is not much but adequate to start the day. We stayed here for two nights and very satisfied staying here, but unfortunately we got smoking room instead of non smoking room that we requested. There is no non smoking room available for us to change, but staff is so helpful to give us air refresher which can be helped a lot. The hotel also provided free shuttle bus from Kanazawa JR train station to hotel which is great. Breakfast has not much variety but it was enough to start the day. The hotel located in downtown which close to shopping area and restaurants, you can also walk from hotel to Kenrokuen park for around 10 minutes walk. Overall this hotel is great. さらに表示

Great location on most all bus routes from Kanazawa station, close to Kenrokuen garden, Castle Park and Omi Cho market area. We enjoyed the buffet style Japanese breakfast offered, an adventure in itself for western travelers with some variation in choices on the two mornings we were there. first time staying in tokyo inn hotel chain after hearing many recommendation from a friend who stay in japan. Stay is reasonable for the price. Given that it has free shuttle service, free drinks, water, breakfast etc. the drinks at the vending machine etc is also priced much cheaper. While the room is small, however, the luggage can be kept under the bed. Something quite innovative compared to other hotel. The unpleasant thing is that the hotel gave us a smoking room and the smell is bad. The hotel is fully booked and can't get a change. You also need to book super early for Tokyo inn chain hotel if u want a better deal. It tends to sold out fast. さらに表示
