If u are Muslim, please let them know earlier on the food limitations and the hotel try to meet our special request on the food option and it was fantastic. Even though they dont have halal meat and we did not request halal meat to be served (might be extra charge or will trouble them to find it), they will provide you a local food based on seafood and vegetables. Even though it looks simple but it is enjoyable and delicious. Hope they will provide halal food option in the near future. If u want to try the public bath please try it after dinner or midnight time because most of the guest will take the bath before dinner during my stay. さらに表示

Excellent stay at the Ryokan with good services and friendly staff. The staff is waiting to pick us up from the Bus Station Terminal despite no reservations. The Ryokan is 400m away from the bus terminal but upslope, hence pick up services are appreciated. They checked with us on what food restrictions from the start to ensure the dinner and breakfast are prepared accordingly. The ryokan has a number of onsens to enjoy. Private onsen is available at 2700yen for 50mins as well. Most of the staffs can communciate in English. The ryokan has no elevators but it is not really an issue for us. The room is consisted to be big and definitely a good choice to stay if coming to Zao Onsen. さらに表示

What a lovely ryokan with a maze of corridor! Takamiya has been operating for more than century. The service is prefect and as expected from a ryokan. Food was generous and delicious! Onsen was indeed relaxing. We enjoyed our stay at Takamiya ryokan miyamaso and will choose to stay here again. As the ryokan entry is up a steep rock steps, you can ask the staff to assist with your luggages. さらに表示

保留木造建築確實很有特色，住起來也不錯，尤其被子非常舒服，很少住到不會令人發癢的。但是建築畢竟太有歷史了，就算打掃ok，還是會讓人懷疑整潔度的問題，例如澡堂，只能說300年歷史是個雙面刃。 さらに表示
