別府温泉旅行のため１泊しました。ツーリスト部屋で室内に洗面所はなかったですが、部屋から出てすぐ近くにあったので特に不便はありませんでした。室内も清潔感があり、ベッドも広くて良かったです。他の口コミにもあるように、無料のコーヒーや紅茶、お茶の機械が設置しています。また旅館から竹瓦温泉も近かったのも良かったです。こちらの要望にも答えていただき、とても助かりました。強いてあげるなら大浴場にヘアゴムがあったらなーというぐらいです。また別府旅行の際には利用したいです。 さらに表示

一泊素泊まり4500円で駐車料金500円と入浴税200円で宿泊。 ２名まで泊まれるので一人2600円で泊まれるとなると安いです。 ただ、隣の部屋の話し声は丸聞こえです。 外国人が多く泊まってる うるさい人だと、寝ることはできないでしょう。 温泉はついてますがショボいです。 周りに温泉施設があるので、そこで入浴剤してるひとがほとんどかな？ コーヒーとか飲み放題が良かったですね！ さらに表示

The place is not very far from Beppu station. It’s very close to a supermarket with UNIQLO for all your daily needs or even some shopping. The ryokan have 5 Onsen. Three family baths and another two for male and female. A few public Onsen are just stone throw away. The hotel also provide bicycle rental. Free flow of coffee and tea for each floor and creamer and sugars are on the ground floor. They also provide photocopies of tourist information for places to have lunch or dinner and other helpful info. Staffs are very helpful and understands English. The room and tatami are very comfortable. There’re separate bathroom and toilet in each room. We stayed in 4th floor and surprisingly there is lift. Stay in their single room, the room was not sound proof. You can hear people walking up and down the corridor. Love their common lounge, there are manga and magazines on the shelves for you to browse. Sumptious breakfast. Overall, an enjoyable stay. さらに表示

Request for a non-smoking room but we might get the smoking one. The smell of cigarette is so strong and cause us sore throat even we open the window for an hour. The smell still stick with the room and to our clothes for 2-3 days after that. If you don’t mind that, the room is quite large, staffs are nice and they can speak English fluently, Onsen is fine. But we need to check-in quite early to get the chance to choose the private onsen slot first or just use the public onsen (male/female). さらに表示

The family room which I stayed is spacious, clean and comfortable. Private onsen service is not included and i am required to pay if i wanna experience onsen. It would be great if there is a curtain or cover to block the street light from penetrating into the room in the night. さらに表示

Like this place for the price and location. It is walkable distance to Beppu station and near Beppu bus station. Lots of eateries stores around. easy to take Bus 5, 7, 26 to 7 famous Jigoku. さらに表示

We had best stay in this ryokan from our whole Japan trip. The location is so convenient, close to JR station, beach, bus stops, shops, restaurant and everything else. The onsen is good and there is free unlimited coffee and teas (green, black and chinese) in level 2 and 3. There is big lounge with shelf full of mangas for guest to relax and enjoy quiet time after all day sightseeing. All the staff are very friendly. They always go beyond their duties to help. Upon check out, I accidently left my purse in the room. One of the staff drove a car around tried to find us to return the purse. Definitely will recommend this ryokan to everyone visiting Beppu. さらに表示

It is 5 minutes walk from Beppu station, so it is very convenient. The ryokan is relatively cheap as compared to other ryokans in that area. Then, the staff can converse in fluent English. Regarding the ryokan, for every stay, you can reserve for a private ryokan for 50 minutes. Then you can request to try the ryokan's breakfast and dinner. It is around 35,40USD. It may not be that cheap, but I recommend to try it at least once. さらに表示
