Their sales representative, Ben Ng, was very helpful from beginning til the end. We were picked up at the train station and luggages were delivered to our room when we checked in. The room was wonderful, traditional Japanese style with futon sets and our own hot tub with 100% onsen water! Ben had organised everything for us to minimised communication error as we do not speak Japanese. He even provided some maps for nearby tourist attractions. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Good portion size even for American and very carefully prepared. Overall, very amazing hotel and staffs. Thank you, Ben! さらに表示

This hotel has great staff, from the driver who greeted us at the train station to the receptionist , and Ben is fantastic. All of them offer warm hospitality to us. The location is handy nearby the town center. The room is big with comfortable beds. Except the view from the room is average only with street view. An enjoyable experience in such a fancy Japanese-style room with an in-room spring bath tub and fancy Japanese dinner and breakfast set in such fair price, it is more than what they charged. And glad to meet Ben, who is the helpful and hilarious hotel staff. He didn't mind to spent time to introduce Gero, Takayama sight seeing spots to us. We went Gifu for the first day of our trip and out of our prediction, the train was delayed by an unfortunate accident. While we were worrying to starve as we were going to check in later than 7, We find the kind driver was already waiting us at the station for long (despite we haven't book a car). We received a warm welcome from the manager and have our meal served immediately after settling. The service is just perfect, not to say the dedicated food prepared heartfully by the cook and the comfortable living environment. This is surely a hostel i would play a visit again if i am going Gifu again. さらに表示

We got a room in the "new" wing and supposed to have an "exclusive" view of the river. Technically this is correct but you have a road, a tree line before you can have a peek of the river 400m away. A bit disappointed also with the "in-room" bath which is no bigger than a large carton box. The roof top open bath is also very basic and did not have much of an ambience. Other than that, the onsen hotel is quite new and just what you will expect with a public bath and in-house dinner. By the way, Gero's onsen might be be one of the best 3 in Japan but the town is super boring. さらに表示

This is our 5th time to Japan. We still be wow at their high quality service and facilities. The room is offering a very nice hot spring. You can enjoy it day and night. We’re living in the new building and facilities still new and clean. The room is quite large. Ladies can pick up a bathrobe （浴衣）after checked in. The hotel is also offering the other hot spring bath but we haven’t tried as the hot spring in the room is good enough for us. Wish we can stay in your lovely again at the nearly day. さらに表示

是次到訪遇到強颱風21號 我住嘅房間完全感覺唔到打風嘅威力 安靜咁喺房內嘅溫泉度過,點知原來個風勁到不得了,jr列車都停駛了！好彩有酒店嘅廣東話員工ben(外號靚仔過劉華:)),佢幫我地搶到要預訂先有嘅巴士飛,順利喺預定時間出返去名古屋！冇左ben我諗我當日一定要滯留下呂了！ ps.佢仲專登親自車我地出車站搭巴士,仲幫我地同jr站員退返之前買左嘅jr火車飛添,作為一個職員呢啲已經係超出佢範圍嘅事了,所以真係好多謝佢! さらに表示
