すごく良い
チェックインは別の場所(博多駅から徒歩15分程)でする必要があります。チェックイン自体は入室時間前にできるので、博多周辺で遊ぶ予定があればその際できますし、チェックアウトは宿泊場所でできるのでそこまで不便は感じませんでした。 1LDKの部屋で、自宅のようにくつろぎげました。ベッドの他、布団があり、床をしいて数人で宿泊できます。 駐車場について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、丁寧に対応していただきました。 気になった点としては: メールでの問い合わせには、返信がありませんでした。 テレビ、テーブルがありませんでした。寝るだけには最適ですが、せっかく1LDKのお部屋なので、テレビ等の家具もおいてほしいなと思いました。 さらに表示

チェックインはホテルとは１駅隣の博多駅周辺で済ませなければなりません。事前案内を頂いていましたが気づかなかったのはこちらの落ち度です。ただ、電話での相談時にはとてもプロフェッショナルとは思えない対応でした。こちらの失敗ではありますから穏やかに話をさせて頂きましたが、はー？！だのタメ口だのはプロとして失格です。電話でしたが日本人ネイティブの方のようでしたので、文化的な差というものではなさそうです。その他が満足できるものでしたので、非常に残念でした。この方による顧客離れが心配です。 さらに表示

DO NOT STAY HERE During the time that we made a booking, there was no clear instruction that the reception/check in was in a different location, only after when we finalized the booking, they sent us directions for the location of the check-in. Also, check in is only available after 5pm! If you need to keep your luggage, they will charge you 500yen for each bag (best option is to use the locker at the station). Honestly did not expect this type of poor service from a so called 3 star "hotel". The reception was a 10min walk from Hakata Station, but our room was a 45min walk from reception (Literally the next town over via train). Staff weren't very well trained - asked for our passports first to photocopy them, then made us fill out a form which needed information from our passport which we didn't have access to since they had them. Overall poor value for money -- you pay for a hotel experience, get a stressful stay instead, AND they charge extra to keep your luggage in the lobby. さらに表示

First, do not be cheated by the photos shown on the page of the hotel. There is no front desk in the hotel. You need to go to the next station to check in. However, in the confirmation email, they did not mention this clearly. When I brought the luggage to the hotel, I noticed it and had to go to the next station to check in. It was a really horrible experience. Another thing I would like to mention is the price. When I found the room in Agoda, the price was shown as around 3K JPY. However, when moving to the payment page, additional cleaning cost (1.5K JPY) was added, so totally 5.8K JPY. It was my first time to know that the cleaning is not originally included in the room rate. Anyway, since I did not check carefully, after payment, I could not cancel the reservation. Very bad experience from the beginning. Last, there is no TV set in the room. In fact, this is more like a hostel, but at the hotel price!!! 非常に満足
旅馆整体好可以。博多站到办手续前台拉行李不好找，办手续的地点和住宿地点不在一个地方，还要坐电车一站地到吉冢站。每次出行都在吉冢站坐一站地来博多站才能出行，有点不方便。住宿房很干净，附近有三个大超市购物方便。但屋里厨房道具全部客人自己准备，拖鞋也要自己准备。住五天，想自己做饭吃，没办法去超市买佐料，锅，筷子，拖鞋等。行李多想要自己做饭的人慎重考虑。 さらに表示
